1980 was a defining year for Liz when she became a voluntary Director and Secretary for Gillingham Jumpers Trampoline Club. Liz has over a number of years been dedicated to Gillingham Jumpers Trampoline Club and used her organisational skills to run volunteer coaching staff for the busy club. Liz has also organised a number of events including local, regional, national and International competitions.

In 1997 Liz joined the club in a professional capacity by accepting a full time job as administration manager and coach, which she still undertakes to this day. Liz still carries out voluntary duties for the club and has won the services to sport award on three occasions. She has also been part of the team that was awarded the best small business award. Within her many duties Liz is responsible for recruitment, administering wages, invoicing, recording accidents, co-managing 8 full time and 8 part time staff, reconciling the daily cash sheets and making sure that all coach records are kept up to date with qualifications, first aid courses and C.R.B checks.

Liz is also the company secretary for the Kent Institute of Sports and has achieved the level of High Performance Coach and National Judge in trampolining. From 1995 Liz has in addition undertaken the voluntary job of course organiser for South Eastern Trampoline Technical Committee.

Liz has proven her skill as a successful company Director of two separate companies, her commitment and passion to the sport of trampolining and gained an excellent understanding of competitor needs and the equipment they use making her an ideal Company Director for Gymaid. Liz has understanding from a buyers perspective and her contribution to Gymaid is invaluable.
