Trampoline Beds Explained
Eurotramp trampoline beds are made of woven nylon bands at different thicknesses. The measurement in the trampoline bed description indicates the thickness of the nylon bands. The thinner the webbing, the more powerful the trampoline bed can be. The thinner nylon bands have a better air flow through the trampoline bed causing less resistance for the bed to return. The thicker webbing on a trampoline bed has less wear over time making its lifetime longer and is also very robust and stable making it more suited to beginners.
4mm x 4mm trampoline beds – These are the most powerful beds available from Eurotramp and should be used for top end athletes at FIG A, FIG B or NAT C level. Eurotramp recommend that a 4×4 bed is used on a premium frame with extra leg supports giving the trampoline frame more stability.
5mm x 4mm trampoline beds – This is also a very powerful trampoline bed and should be used by top end athletes. Eurotramp recommend that a 5×4 bed is used on a premium frame with extra leg supports giving the trampoline more stability.
